Info: If the Nurburgring circuit is ideal for testing all types of cars, being very similar to a road that you can face everyday, Millbrook Proving Ground is the ideal place for any kind of test, also including plenty of sections dedicated to off-roading and a high speed feature, thanks to its ring of about 3 km long. Officially built in 1968 on a project of General Motors has now become the main center in Europe to evaluate a car under any circumstances.
Focus: Despite public access is not allowed and the entire circuit is almost completely hidden behind dense vegetation, Millbrook Proving Ground has been the scenery of many media tests and even a major film location (for example James Bond – Casino Royale). Besides the ring for high-speed tests, one of the most famous part of the track is undoubtedly the famous “jump” that cars perform in a specific section of the “Hill Route”. Thanks to the slope of the land and the multiplicity of the curves, Millbrook is able to show the strengths and weaknesses of any car.
