Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo: Jump In The Dark
We have recently driven the new Panamera and Porsche has already revealed the new Sport Turismo, the wagon variant that has remained at stake since its concept was initially presented back in 2012. The Panamera Sport Turismo is the first Panamera to offer three comfortable places to the rear occupants and if from its nose to the B-pillar looks like Stuttgart’s known sedan, everything else is completely new, with a wider and a large tailgate to redefine the line to the newly updated generation of one of the most controversial sedan of recent years.
The Sport Turismo goes straight in a segment at the moment ruled by the excellent Audi RS6 Avant, but to performance we got a more stylish look reminiscent of the Porsche family and with a considerable choice in terms of engines. You could choose the Panamera Sport Turismo 4 which will have a 3.0 turbo V6 and 325hp, or the 4S with a 2.9 twin-turbo V6 and 404hp. The E-hybrid will be equipped with the same 2.9 of the 4S, flanked however by an electric motor of 136hp that will enable it to output a total power of 456hp. Topping the list the Turbo, equipped with a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 and 542 horses, enough for taking 3.4 seconds from 0 to 100.
