Touring F12 Berlinetta Lusso
A DIAMOND LASTS FOREVER
Sometimes we ask ourselves how we should improve something that is almost perfect. There is more chance of failing, ruining the already excellent base, rather than complete a masterpiece so close to that goal, that in art and aesthetics does not seem to be contemplated. The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is one of those cars so damn close to perfection, that we find difficult to be improved. The Italian coachbuilder Touring, however, put their hands on the F12, creating the Berlinetta Lusso, a one-off, unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show and that has attracted the attention of purists and not only. Like an impressionist painting, is not easy to see if we like it more or less than the original, but without a doubt, the impact that its forms had upon us, is remarkable. The powerful 730-hp V12 remains unchanged and so almost all of the interior. At first glance, we were amazed, but watching its closely, we realized that this is something very close to a real masterpiece. Something to be remembered. Forever.
