Grace, Pace and Space: F-Pace!

The renewal that has characterized the Jaguar brand in recent years also involves the creation of an SUV of medium/ large dimensions: ladies and gentlemen, here is the new F- Pace! The name comes from one of the characteristics that from the very beginning of its history, every Jaguar must have: “grace, peace and space”, which for a car wanted to mean grace of the lines, fast-paced and space for passengers. All qualities that the new SUV has 100%: the line follows the style already led to the success of the latest XF and XE, speed is intrinsic to every Jaguar and space is provided by a vehicle with a body length of about 4,70 meters. Interestingly, in describing the new F-Pace, Jaguar talks about a sports car and not simply as an SUV; does not matter that the latest model, for obvious reasons, have a higher center of gravity, because the new SUV promises tremendous road skills. Guarantees brought by Jaguar to support these promises are based on technical elements of first order: architecture of the chassis and an aluminum body (the same as proposed in the XE), brand new diesel engine from the family Ingenium (2.0 four-cylinder 180 hp) or petrol 3.0 V6 340 hp, all-wheel drive technology “All Surface Progress Control”, able to better manage the delivery of the torque to all four wheels depending on the requirements of the driver and the type of road.
