Bentley Continental GT Speed | News
For Bentley, the Speed versions have always satisfied the more purely performance side of its models, still maintaining a high level of comfort for those journeys that make the time spent between points A and B more dynamic and engaging. The 6-liter W12 is pumped up to deliver 659 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, only combined with the 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox, obviously with all-wheel drive. There is also a new exhaust system with active valves and sharp performance like 3.6 seconds for the 0-100 kph and 335 per hour of top speed.
As per tradition, the Speed not only increases power (+14 hp) or adds dedicated badges and details such as 22″ rims and Dark Tint profiles instead of chrome ones, but a package that makes it more responsive between curves and which accentuates the differences offered by Comfort, Bentley and Sport driving modes. There is therefore air suspension with active anti-roll bars and updated traction control, but above all an electronically controlled rear differential, a real novelty at Bentley. Finally, in Sport mode, torque will be more concentrated on the rear axle, in order to ensure better handling and driving dynamics.
