Brabus makes Maybach a 900-hp luxury limousine
It’s called Brabus Rocket 900 and represents the most luxurious proposal the German tuner offers today. The new Maybach, which is the most elegant and equipped sedan that Mercedes-Benz has put on the market since the days of the Maybach 57 and 62, increases the size of its V12, which from 6.0 becomes 6.3. Thanks to new 80mm downpipe, combined with a full sports exhaust, new and increased compression and turbochargers and a remapping of the ECU, the Rocket 900 puts on the plate 887-hp and 1.499Nm of torque. The more powerful braking system and the stiffer suspension will make a similar power usable which, translated into numbers represents a 0 to 100 in just 3.7 seconds and a maximum speed of about 350 per hour. Another distinctive feature, if ever you happen to see one that is not trying to go beyond the sound barrier, are the new 21” rims, or the infinite possibilities to set up the already extremely rich and exclusive interior.
