Ferrari F60 America
ANY EXCUSE IS GOOD TO ASK 2 AND A HALF MILLION DOLLARS FOR AN F12 WITH MORE MAKEUP
This time they want to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Ferrari in North America, but this new F60 America, produced in only 10 units and with a mind-boggling price of over 2 million and a half dollars, seems to us a little bit of a marketing move. Based on the F12 Berlinetta, the F60 has in fact the same 6.3cc V12 with 720 horsepower. The changes are basically outside, with a new front-end and modified bumpers both in the rear and in front; also you drive with the wind through your hair, but you can still take shelter from the rain with a sort of roof that can be operated up to 70 mph. The color, the classic blue dear to Ferrari racing in North America, adds a contrast with an interior made even more luxurious and sporty, thanks to the continuous references to race cars of the 70s. The F60 America is gorgeously beautiful, even better than the already exciting F12, but this does not justify such an exasperated price tag. Then they say that the Veyron is an expensive car …
