Gumpert Lives Again with the Apollo Automobil and its new Arrow Hypercar

Just as its brand itself, the Apollo finds new life thanks to investors who have decided to support Roland Gumpert’s project, visionary creator of one of the most brutal cars in history. The Apollo-N is an updated version of the model that has scored amazing lap times at the Nurburgring, but you can’t help but put your attention on the new creature, the Arrow, a hypercar that has as its main target, to undermine the ” Holy Trinity” composed by Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche. Substantial difference is that the Arrow “only” has a combustion engine, a 4.0 twin-turbo V8, always of Audi origin and capable of delivering 1,000 horsepower and 1.003Nm of torque. With performance between 2.9 seconds for the 0-100 and a top speed of about 350 per hour, the Arrow will be undisputed protagonist of the supersports cars panorama, thanks to a futuristic line, halfway between a spaceship and a jet-fighter.
