Introducing Nataly, GM for Russian Grid Girls

This week, we introduce to you the first of the most beautiful girls we’ve ever featured on ACM. Please welcome the amazing Russian Grid Girls team. And today we kick off with the one that represents them all in the role of general manager: let’s meet Nataly in this very special interview. More photos coming soon!

Hi, introduce yourself: what’s your name and role at the Russian Grid Girls agency?

Hi everybody. My name is Nataly and I’m general manager for the Russian Grid Girls agency.

How did you start this project? Did you know all the girls from before or not?

Very interesting question. Initially I was working closely with only two of them, those who were working in different racings department. But it was for me only a hobby. And in 2015 I’ve got a suggestion from my partners to make it in a professional way. I said «Great!» and so we started with the Agency.

Of course I didn’t know all the girls, who are now the main team of our Agency. Some girls worked in races with me before, the others went to our castings or I’ve scouted them later, but now we are a big family.

How the agency has become part of your life and what do you love most about it?

So day after day, the Agency has become an important part of my life and now I can hardly imagine my days without it. It hard to say what is the best in our Agency’s life and what I love at first in our deal. I think I like a plenty of opportunities, which open in working process. Every event, every photoset, every race etc. are dissimilar and it’s fantastic! Every day I meet interesting persons and take part in different projects. And then I see the result of my work enjoying it and feeling that my life is great thanks to this achievement. I’m very proud of girls every time, when I see them in different magazines or on TV etc. I believe that we make the motorsport world more beautiful.

Well, there’s no doubt about that, for sure! What are your passions? Do you practice any sports?

My passion are cars. It’s not hard to guess 🙂 I like them since I was a little child, but I couldn’t imagine that my dream would, one day, came true. My relationship with the motorsport world began when purchasing my first car. It was a Toyota Celica – not real a sports car though, but it looks fast (like its ads said). Every season I usually made a different look for it and that meant a lot to me.

And then I plunged into this world and here I am. Cars, races, motorsport events and shows – these are only a little part of my life.

3 years ago I got a new passion – and that is drifting. I fell in love from the first drifting-event on our raceway. And now drifting-events are a part of my life and Russian Grid Girls Agency is an official partner of one of Russian drifting Championship – RDA Divisions.

For the rest, in winter I like snowboarding and no, I’m not married yet 😀
