It Bites.
Update time for the English grand tourer, which with a few targeted nip/tuck aims to refresh its look, further amplify driving pleasure and keep intact the sensations that has characterized the F-Type since its birth. It is above all the front that gains the most consistent points in terms of facelifts, thanks to the Pixel Led headlights that make the nose even more streamlined and with a wider front grille that perfectly matches a more sinuous bonnet than before. Even at the rear, much of the work has been concentrated in the optical groups, which take up the solutions adopted for example with the I-Pace. In the cockpit, subtle but substantial updates, with a 12.3″ entirely digital instrument display, an enhanced Meridian audio system and maximum connectivity with every smartphone.
To introduce the new feline, we have the powerful F-Type R, only AWD and powered by a supercharged 575-horsepower V8 capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.7 seconds, boasting an updated chassis and a Quickshift transmission optimized for more dynamic drives. Then there is also another 5.0 supercharged V8, always exciting but less brutal than the R, in this case available both with all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive only – this comes with 450 Hp. Finally we have the 4-cylinder 2-liter with 300-hp, still with Quickshift and only rear-wheel drive, with prices starting at € 66.330. Each variant is then available as a coupe or Convertible.
