Lotus Meeting Before Next Track Day

The two-day gathering, held in Jesi (Ancona), in the beautiful Marche region, in Italy, between 13^th and 14^th June, has seen 30 teams from all over the Country driving their favorite lightweight through scenic landscapes, history and typical food and wine of the area, as well as “competing” against the stopwatch, in the usual test of regularity (which distinguishes the event) organized by the Club and by using a specific equipment for this discipline. This year, the test was particularly challenging, since it has provided runs over 20 km long. The 2015 Reunion will also be remembered for the extraordinary reception given to the crews while at the famous Hotel Federico II in Jesi, first-class hotel with top level wellness spa, which has “restored” all the participants after the “hard work”. The Club wishes to thank all the people that has attended for sympathy, passion and sportsmanship, and also all the supporters of the event. A special thanks has to be forwarded to the good old friend and partner Gabriele Pieralisi, who has contributed significantly to the excellent outcome of the event.
And now, CLI is counting the days that separate ‘em to the next “Reunion”, maybe even on track, where they will unleash their Lotus, in their natural habitat.
