Love Letters for Very Special Cars

You know, there are cars and very special cars. Beautiful and less beautiful, those that you’d like to drive at least once in your life and those that remain indifferent, there are those which when they go by on the street make you turn around immediately and those that do not even worthy of a look. And then there are the special ones, those that at first glance involve your senses, get in your head without any possible resistance, they amazingly make you stare, they win at first glance and do not leave you anymore. Some cars are like some people: looking at them, desiring, getting intimate, you hold a special relationship with them which then lasts forever. Some cars will bring to mind memories of special moments of real life, emotions never forgotten … now they are part of you. Take a next generation supercar, or a vintage one, or a sports car as well as those that always fill the pages of Auto Class Magazine and which goes straight within the small group of cars that matter: in this case, sensations and emotions guaranteed by these cars are by far the best, those of us who enjoy sports cars and the constant pursuit of driving pleasure are processed by our unconscious and positively amplified by our conscious. There are competitions, moments, memories, people, events and feelings related to special cars that will come at you like never before and that create special feelings and emotions that will live forever. Regardless of ages, types, characteristics, there will always be, for us fans of the four wheels, a place in our hearts reserved for them: cars that just naming them, like their designers, their history, the competitions at which they attended, have already bewitched us all. And that’s why, as a car that matter guy, I like to write and confront all of you on particular cars that have moved and continue to move my mind with their history, their anecdotes and curiosities, their stakes in sports competitions, their creators and, why not, in some cases their being reinvented through new models that are inspired by the original ones. It is precisely this mix of feelings that makes us, fans of cars that matter, talking hours and hours of all that is represented by these beautiful cars that make our heart beat: point of views, thoughts, a look to the past and the future , memories and emotions are the logical consequence of a deep love for cars and for what they represented, represent and will represent for me and for all car guys around the world. That’s because cars are pure emotion for me, because through the memories of the past, the taste of today and assumptions about the future, are part of me and live inside me. After all, “memories transform events, they have the power to change the past and distort the present, especially if accompanied by emotions” (S. Littleword).
