Initially unveiled as a virtual racer for video game Gran Turismo, the Solus GT is now solid reality. The exclusive McLaren is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 that makes 829 hp and revs up to 10,000 rpm. The single seater will weigh less than 1,000 kg and is able to generate more than 1,200 kg of downforce.
The Solus GT is also equipped with a 7-speed sequential gearbox with motorsport-derived straight-cut gears linked to the rear wheels and promised figures like 2 seconds and a half for 0-100 kph and a top speed exceeding 320 per hour.
