Piech Mark Zero: The All-Electric GT
It’s a completely electric GT and could see the light very soon. The creature born from the mind and will of Anton Piech (son of Ferdinand Piech, key figure of the VW group and of course of the Porsche world) presents itself with the forms of a grand tourer with a traditional design. The difference is precisely the fact that under the front bonnet of the Swiss sports car will not sit a mighty V8, but will be driven by an electric unit composed of a new light and air-cooled battery, the latter placed in the central tunnel and according to the T-scheme already used by other manufacturers, guaranteeing an estimated range of about 500km and maintaining the total weight within 1,800kg. In addition, the Mark Zero promises to offer a quick recharge and anticipate the arrival of a four-seater sedan and a crossover-SUV.
