It is about to debut in 2022, it is the fifth generation of the legendary Range Rover, the luxury SUV that more than any other represents the perfect meeting point between luxury, style and practicality. The keyword is minimalism and this can be seen from the lines reduced to the bone, especially in the side profile and in the rear area, which thanks to a completely new design that recalls the “boat-tail” typology gives the Range Rover a futuristic and extremely personal look. With dimensions that remain more than abundant, the cockpit offers not only ample space on board for five occupants, but an updated and embellished environment thanks to the use of noble materials and the confirmed cleanliness of a design that minimizes physical buttons, in favor of two large displays, a 13.1-inch semi-floating positioned in front of the driver’s eyes and the 13.7-inch curved touch screen that integrates the vehicle’s entire infotainment system.
To make the car effective on any type of terrain we have air suspension, four-wheel steering and Dynamic Response Pro, a new 48-volt active roll control system, able to offer greater efficiency and agility. There is Terrain Response 2 as well and engines available will include hybrid units to anticipate the 100% electric, scheduled for 2024. At the debut, in addition to the diesel D250, D300 and D350 variants, the MHEVs (mild hybrid) P360 and P400 will represent an interesting proposal, but also PHEV (Plug-in hybrid) like the P440e and P510e, with fully electric distances that can reach 100 km, while the P530 Twin-Turbo V8 and the more extreme Special Vehicle Operations are ready to be deployed. Prices starting at € 124.300.
