Info: An unusual circuit for the old continent. Built within an oval track, the Rockingham circuit, located in Corby, Northamptonshire, offers a remarkable range of layouts: from the high-speed circuit, until the handling course and in fact it soon became, since 2001 when it was finally completed, scenario of several motorsport events, Sunday’s track days, but also a stage for classic cars and modern championships, like the BTCC.
Focus: Excluding the oval circuit, the handling configuration is developed in almost 3 km, offering a huge selection of curves, from high speed ones, to slower corners, hairpins and chicanes. Driving here, will put you and your car to the test, facing practically every possible variable. A circuit-rehearsed, very good test bench for modern sports cars, without necessarily having to go to the famous ‘Ring. Curve 2, Deene and Tarzan are the most demanding, crucial points in which gain or lose precious seconds.
