The Japanese brand has already started updating its products range abandoning all diesel engines a while ago and it is now finally up to launch its first hybrid units, initially available for the XV crossover and the fifth generation of the Forester SUV. The latter showcases more generous dimensions and is revitalized thanks to a series of stylistic features that make it more mature than the already great previous model, but the real deal is represented by the fact that the brand is always focusing on its customers’ needs, a market slice careful while choosing a car well-known for its reliability and the ability to adapt to every conditions.
We had the chance to look close and drive in advance the new e-Boxer models (more on this coming soon on our website), understanding that Subaru has been able to raise the quality level of its cars still maintaining and even improving off-road skills, courtesy of a new generation X-Mode that let the symmetrical all-wheel-drive to work perfectly with the automatic Lineartronic gearbox. Prices will start from about €33.000 for the XV and from about €35.000 for the Forester, each coming with three different versions.
