“The positive aspects of the new F-Type are so many, it would be difficult to start from a point rather than another, especially talking about the top model (except for the new SVR), the R Coupe. I bought it almost suddenly after having owned the immediately preceding model in the list for a couple of years, the V8 S. The R is a whole different experience. The power and brutality that gives you when you press the accelerator is unmatched, especially maintaining that innate elegance and practicality of a two-seater suitable for the use you prefer, from cruising with it everyday to the opportunity to leave and go on vacation, where maybe a curvy road that does not ask anything but to unleash the supercharged V8 is awaiting for you. The sound is its business card: a powerful and noisy exhaust that I never heard on any other production car, able to smash the windows of the shops at just 3000 rpm. I love when I come home at night and I break the silence of the sleeping city, with the empty streets that meet the roar of my Jaguar. Actually, the F-Type R is the undisputed master anywhere it wants, its 550 horses are always ready and the 681Nm of torque are ready to satisfy you while overtaking or regarding pure acceleration. It’s a muscle car, as no true muscle car has ever been able to be. Easy to handle, comfortable, elegant and damn fast. It is the king of the jungle that dictates the law of its raging V8”.
