Gazoo Racing treatment for the Supra as well, the sports car that marked the long-awaited return of the legendary Japanese coupe. Despite what one might expect from a more particular model – at least on paper – the GR Supra is equipped with a smaller engine, a 2.0 cc 4-cylinder with 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission with torque converter. Wait a minute, because in real life the version signed Gazoo Racing is at least 100 kg lighter (total weight of about 1,400 kg) compared to the counterpart with the 3.0 cc 6-cylinder. Performances therefore remain exciting, with a 0-100 kph in just 5.2 seconds and a top speed of 250 per hour.
We can define it as the ideal choice for purists, for those who solve the lack of horses with an even more violent driving. Available with three different versions such as Live (18″ wheels, 8.8″ screen and sports seats), Connect (adds sat-navigation, adaptive suspension, sports brakes and active rear differential) and Premium (perfects the interior, but does not have important mechanical upgrades), the GR Supra will arrive in March with the special Fuji Speedway series, produced in only 200 specimens, in metallic white and with 19-inch wheels.
