Info: The circuit of Castle Combe exists since 1941, where it represented the perimeter of an airfield in use during World War II. Subsequently, in 1950, the track was opened to motorsport racing and also hosted the Formula 3 and the British F3 championship. Unfortunately, legal hassles due to excessive noise, forced these two categories to stop competitions in Castle Combe, which became a track used to less noisy categories and test-drives.
Focus: Considered as one of the fastest tracks in the world, Castle Combe underwent a major change at the end of 1997, following a fatal accident that killed a spectator. Two chicanes were added, so as to decrease the average speed, but despite everything, the track is still very fast, allowing to bring to the limit, grip capacity of any vehicle.
