Mercedes AMG GT43 Four-Door Coupe: New 367HP Entry Level

It seems that the first orders of the flagship 4-door coupe of the three-pointed star have fully met the expectations, so as to induce the company to introduce a further new version, the GT43. This, which is therefore the entry level of the GT 4-Door Coupe, will be powered by the same 6-cylinder turbocharged 3-liter fitted on the GT53, but delivering “only” 367hp (instead of the 435 of the GT53): -68 then, which however having at their disposal the beauty of 500Nm of torque will be able to push the big coupe from 0 to 100 per hour in 4.9 seconds.

The GT43, like the bigger sister GT53, will have the 4Matic all-wheel drive system with variable torque distribution, 9-speed dual-clutch transmission and EQ-Boost system able to deliver 22hp and 250Nm extra for a limited amount of time. With prices of at least € 14,000 lower than the GT53, the GT43 will start at around € 95,259.
